Privacy notice.

Effective August 28, 2026. This notice describes the Clearing Front Door and operator-account experience.

The public estimate is anonymous
Clearing does not write public estimator inputs or results to its application database. Inputs remain in the page URL and may appear in ordinary hosting, security, or network logs, so do not enter personal information into estimator fields.

What we collect

  • Account identifiers: work email, authentication identifiers, and account status when you create an account.
  • Security and technical data: IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, authentication events, and access logs generated by our hosting and authentication providers.
  • Operator records: organization and facility information you choose to add after signing in. The public estimate is not automatically attached to these records.
  • Communications: messages and request details you send to Capacity Compliance Partners.

Why we use it

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide the operator workspace, respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain an audit trail, and improve product reliability. Clearing does not use vendor payment, advertising, or referral compensation to alter an estimate or pathway order.

Disclosure and sale

We use contracted infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication and data services and the configured deployment host for application delivery. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Facility-specific information is not disclosed to a builder, financier, or other vendor without an explicit, scoped permission.

Retention and security

Account and operator records are retained while the account is active and as needed to provide the service, preserve authorized audit history, meet legal obligations, or resolve security issues. Deletion requests are applied to active systems after verification; encrypted backups expire on provider-controlled cycles. We use transport encryption, managed encryption at rest, least-privilege access, and row-level tenant isolation, but no system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask how it is used, by emailing info@capacitycompliance.com. We verify requests before acting. Where California privacy law applies, exercising a privacy right will not result in discriminatory treatment.
